the breakfast buffet was extensive with fresh options. waiters were attentive, assisting with coffee. the lobby presents beautiful flower displays, some sourced from baguio.

i found no ice machine and had to leave to buy ice. the mini-fridge was also full with overpriced snacks. this left no room for personal items.

The front desk staff was attentive! they immediately ushered me to my room. i really appreciated the clean room, fluffy pillows and a comfortable duvet. i found the gym to be fully equipped and convenient, nice for a good workout . The spa services provided a relaxing experience after a long day.

the staff seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing , it was acceptable.

the internet was bad and the tv system froze all the time. this problem repeated itself at the dinner buffet , it had tasteless cold food. the food quality was very poor.

the hotel was very clean and the personnel were well trained.

I encountered a problem with the escolta restaurant during breakfast. I was told it was full and directed to the lobby, i later discovered that many more options were available inside escolta that i wasn't told about. this. also, a security officer stopped me from taking photos of the fountain outside the hotel (along ayala avenue), claiming i wasn't allowed to use my dslr camera, yet they couldn't provide any policy document about it.

the staff was very polite. i note a meticulous attention to details. the hotel offer security checks at the entrance. every vehicle undergo a check, it provides a safe environment.

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.
